Terms & Conditions
Fire FC Competitive Program – Terms & Conditions
By registering with Fire Futbol Club (Fire FC), families and players agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern participation in all Fire FC competitive soccer programs.
Player Commitment
Players are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions, games, and tournaments unless excused by the coach.
Players agree to prioritize club soccer events over other non-school-related athletic commitments during the competitive season.
Players are expected to exhibit sportsmanship, effort, and respect toward coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, and themselves.
Parent & Family Conduct
Parents and spectators must adhere to Fire FC’s Code of Conduct, supporting players and coaches in a positive, respectful manner.
Negative behavior toward referees, coaches, opposing teams, or club leadership may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the sidelines or club events.
All concerns regarding team matters must be directed to the coach at an appropriate time, not during or immediately after a game.
Financial Commitment
Registration and team fees must be paid in full or according to an agreed payment plan by the posted deadlines.
Failure to meet financial obligations may result in suspension from training, games, or removal from the team.
Families agree to the club’s Refund Policy, which outlines when partial or full refunds may be issued.
Team Placement
Team placement is at the discretion of Fire FC coaches and directors, based on player evaluation, performance, attitude, and commitment.
Players may be moved between teams during the season to address competitive needs, player development, or roster balancing.
Player Movement & Club Passes
Fire FC may utilize club passes to allow players to play on other teams within the club for developmental or strategic purposes.
Coaches and team managers must follow internal protocols when requesting club-pass players.
Uniforms & Equipment
Players must purchase required Fire FC uniforms and wear them according to the club's standards.
Players must bring appropriate gear (shin guards, water, training attire, etc.) to all sessions.
Communication
All official club communications will be sent via email, text, or team platforms (e.g., TeamSnap, GroupMe, or Ollie).
Families are responsible for reading and responding to messages promptly.
Coaches should be the first point of contact for team-specific matters; club directors can be contacted for broader questions or concerns.
Media & Photography
Fire FC may use photos and videos taken during games, training, or events for promotional purposes unless a written request is made to opt out.
These images may be shared on the club website, social media channels, or in promotional materials.
Safety & Medical
Families must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries during registration.
In the event of a medical emergency, Fire FC staff may authorize emergency care if a parent/guardian is not present.
Players are required to have a current medical release form on file as mandated by Utah Youth Soccer Association (UYSA).
Disciplinary Action
Fire FC reserves the right to suspend or expel players or families from the club for repeated violations of these terms or conduct that undermines the club’s mission or community standards.
Disciplinary decisions are made by club leadership and are final.
Governing Bodies
Fire FC operates under the rules and guidelines of Utah Youth Soccer Association (UYSA) and US Youth Soccer.
Participation is subject to their policies in addition to those outlined above.
